About Ray Graham Association
Ray Graham Association (RGA) is a nonprofit organization that supports nearly 2,000 individuals with disabilities and their families in DuPage County and the surrounding area through five service areas: residential, educational, life skills, recreational and family support services.
Ray Graham Association’s employment services program supports nearly 150 people each year to secure employment. RGA partners with over 200 employers, in DuPage, Will, Kane, Grundy and Cook counties, as well as some surrounding areas, to not only help people with disabilities find a job, but find the right fit. RGA prioritize each person’s dreams and goals so that the job they secure is one that not only provides a steady paycheck, but helps build skills, opportunities for growth, and advancement. People supported through RGA’s employment services program boast a 90% retention rate.
RGA is proud to partner with Topgolf. The partnership started in 2016 with the employment of one person supported by RGA and today Topgolf employs seven people between their Wood Dale and Naperville locations.
