DuPage Symphony Orchestra

The DuPage Symphony Orchestra (DSO) will enter its 64th subscription concert season this fall under the direction of Maestra Barbara Schubert. The DSO draws musicians from all over DuPage County but has been in residence at North Central College’s Wentz Concert Hall for the past six years.

The DSO also hosts a number of youth education and community programs throughout the season. One such event is Open Dress Rehearsal – Brownies With Barbara where folks can join the DSO for a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the dress rehearsal prior to a concert. Participants will get to watch the orchestra at work for the first hour, then join Maestra Schubert and the DSO musicians for refreshments, furnished by My Chef Catering and conversation at break time. Coming up on Sunday, October 29 at 2 PM will be the Halloween Magic and Spells! This is a family-friendly concert with the Naperville Youth Symphony Orchestra where all musicians dress up in costume!
