Naperville Central and Plainfield South square off in a girls soccer regional final.
This contest was a decisive victory for the Redhawks. Kathleen Conforti got the team going scoring the games first goal less than two minutes in. Just before the half, Caitlin Reica’s free kick was knocked in by a Cougar playing giving Central a 2-0 lead at the half.
In the second, Ryan Dudycha showed off the footwork and then the Redhawks used some nifty passing with a Maggie Redeker, Kyra Conroy, Melyna Gizzi trifecta to take the 4-0 win for the Regional Title.
