Benet Academy vs. Naperville Central Girls Soccer 4.20.19

A windy day at Naperville Central for the Naperville Invitational. The Redhawks host the Redwings from Benet Academy who only have one loss on the season.

First Half

In the first half, Benet looking to build on a 1-0 lead off a Mary Kate Hansen goal… Mia Tommmasone running with defenders hits one off the post.

Second Half

To the second half and Benet’s Mia Ullmer grabs the leading pass, hops over the goalie and hopes to tap it in but again, off the post.

Moments later though, Benet is able to find the game of the net instead of the post. Jaime Cibulka finds Mae Tully for the goal, Benet doubles their lead 2-0.

Central trying to get on the board as the game comes to a close but Eva Frantzen grabs the ball to keep the shut out and the Benet victory 2-0.
