Shedding the Pounds

One Naperville mom is living proof that healthy eating can lead to significant results.

Marge lyse dropped from 375 pounds to 175 pounds and has kept the weight off for almost a decade.

After collapsing from dancing and overheating, Lyse realized she needed to make a change. She began drinking slim fast shakes and eating healthy meals.

Lyse recently appeared on the “Today” show on NBC and her success story is in the January 9th issue of people magazine.

She hopes that her story can inspire others.

“Just make that promise to yourself. Anybody can do it,” said Lyse. “It’s so important to keep that promise because you’ll feel so much better if you do.”
Lyse keeps the pounds off by eating right, taking Zumba classes, and lifting weights.
