You may have heard Ribfest was roaming to Romeoville next year: well, now it’s official.
Romeoville Passes Resolution:
The Romeoville Village Board has passed a resolution securing their agreement with the Exchange Club of Naperville to move the longtime Naperville festival to Romeoville.
Perks for Romeoville Residents:
As part of that agreement, residents of Romeoville will get first dibs on main stage entertainment tickets, with the chance to buy them 72 hours prior to the general public and at a discounted rate. Romeoville residents will also not be charged a general admission fee on the day of the fireworks show.
The fest will still be four days long, and will be run by the Exchange Club, though the Village of Romeoville will be handling security and traffic control.
