More than 130 members of the Neuqua Valley Band got the opportunity to perform at this year’s Outback Cotton Bowl.
In an effort to make the most out of their trip to Florida, the band not only performed at the Outback Bowl Parade and Halftime Show, but took part in clinics and even performed at the Magic Kingdom.
“It’s just one of those things I’ll never forget in my life. I’d have to say the parade was my favorite part because I had never been a part of anything like that,” said Senior, Christian Bonner.
The band had previously performed at the game in 2008, but decided to submit their work this year to get the chance once again.
The Neuqua Valley Music Department is a Grammy recognized program.
