This weekend the 58th Annual Naperville Women’s Club Art Fair took over Naper Settlement.
125 local and national artists showcased their work, from traditional paintings and photography to avant-garde sculptures and jewelry.
Thousands of patrons enjoyed the longest running art fair in Illinois and largest fundraiser of the year for the Naperville Women’s Club.
“Special thanks to ‘the ladies in purple’ we couldn’t have done it without you. Our amazing Naperville Women’s Club volunteers really came out of the woodwork and really devoted their year. And we start again on Wednesday to start our planning for the fair for 2018,” said Katie Rothman, a co-chair of the art fair.
Some of the proceeds from the fair go to Naperville Women’s Club “focus” charities and three art scholarships. Awards and cash prizes were also given out to winning artists.
