The City of Naperville is getting a brand new website.
Starting on May 2, residents can check it out during its soft launch phase, with full implementation coming in June.
The new site was designed with the user in mind, being reorganized to help residents find their desired information faster. And now you can get city information on the go.
“A main feature is that this site is actually responsive, which means that whether you pull it up on your smartphone, your tablet, a desktop or laptop computer, it is going to fit to that equipment,” said Linda LaCloche, Communications Manager for the City of Naperville.
There will also be a live look at available parking spaces and a community events calendar, which will have all of Naperville’s upcoming events in one place.
The website will be 508 compliant for those with disabilities.
Even though it may look different, the City’s web address will still remain the same.
Naperville News 17’s Evan Summers reports.
