Over 100 local and national artists took over the grounds of Naper Settlement for the 57th Annual Art Fair hosted by the Naperville Woman’s Club.
“We have several repeat artists and the women are all about philanthropy and most of their earnings go to different charities we have about 20 different charities in the local area that the woman’s club donates to,” said Director of the Art Fair, Marie Gnesda.
From jewelry to paintings, each vendor showed off their different talents – including a local artist who has been part of the fair for the past 25 years.
“I think the art fair has definitely improved in quality over the years it was a lot of like arts and crafts maybe not so much fine art when it first started and now over the years it has really the integrity of art has really increased a lot of nice variety and really fine artists,” said Marianne Lisson Kuhn.
The longest continuously running art fair in Illinois also featured live entertainment and empty bowl fundraisers.
