Naperville Senior Games Start

It’s all fun and games at the Naperville Park District for seniors.

The second annual senior games kicked off recently with the first night for ceramics.

“We really enjoy being a part of the Senior Games, it’s important for the arts to represent. We have a lot of sports and other activities so it’s really nice to have the arts included too,” said Ceramics Instructor for the Naperville Park District Vera Kapur.

Ceramics aren’t the only way seniors can compete: bags, Ping-Pong, softball and swimming are just some of the events taking place from now until mid June.

Senior games wrap up with an awards luncheon on June 24th.
