The New Year is nearly here, and Naperville is ready to celebrate. If you have little ones whose bedtime is well before midnight, you can still celebrate the New Year at the DuPage Children’s Museum. Stop by December 31st from 9am until noon for their “Walk on the Wild Side” Bubble Bash event. There will be animal themed and nature-centered activities along with a countdown to a noon confetti celebration.
Countdown at the Carillon:
Or another option is to head to the Carillon. There will be two countdowns held there: first, the family friendly countdown at 6 p.m., and then the traditional countdown at midnight. The earlier event will feature free hot cocoa, a magician, glow sticks and bells. The late night countdown will be preceded by Carillon music starting at 11:15.
At The Ten:
This fall, The Red Zone celebrated its 10th anniversary as the home for North Central College football. NCTV17 takes you through the history and memorable moments from the last ten seasons of Cardinal football with At The Ten: a documentary celebrating ten years of The Red Zone. The documentary can be found at https://www.nctv17.com/c/the-red-zone/.
