New Town Hall?

“The State of the Kids” could be coming to Naperville. The idea of a town-hall meeting for social service agencies was sparked by Councilwoman Rebecca Boyd-Obarski after several incidents took place in town that questioned the culture of our kids. The gathering would allow social service organizations to present researched-based practices for prevention of alcohol and drug abuse.
