A Naperville man accused of murdering District 204 teacher Shaun Wild appeared in court a year after the incident.
Daniel Olaska’s attorney Brian Tealander requested more time for a psychiatric evaluation. Once that is done the discovery will be complete.
Olaska is charged with seven counts of first degree murder for the stabbing death of Wild, and two counts of attempted first degree murder for an initial attack on Wild’s friend and a subsequent injury of a bar employee at Frankie’s Blue Room in downtown Naperville.
Family and friends of the accused were in the courtroom.
The 27 year old will be in court again on April 19th for filing of motions.
Daniel Olaska remains in DuPage County jail where he is being held without bail.
