A longtime Naperville resident has pleaded not guilty to embezzlement charges.
Jerry Feldott recently appeared in front of DuPage County Judge John Kinsella for arraignment.
The realtor is accused of stealing nearly $26 thousand from the North Edgewood Homeowners Association since 2007.
His business, Feldott & Associates, is contracted to handle the Homeowner Association’s neighborhood common areas.
Feldott was also the President of the Naperville Public Library Board of Trustees until his arrest in April.
He is free on bond and is scheduled to appear in court again on July 26th.
