After numerous incidents in downtown Naperville over the past few months, the City of Naperville and BlackFinn American Saloon have come to an agreement.
Representatives from both parties had a meeting on November 5th where the bar admitted to four violations of the city’s liquor code.
Beginning Friday, November 16th, the city will suspend BlackFinn’s late night liquor license for seven days. If there are no further violations during the first three days, the city will suspend the remaining four days.
BlackFinn security staff is also required to receive local Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training and the bar will install an ID checker and security cameras.
They also received a $1,000 fine.
