The 95th Street branch of the Naperville Public Library hosted what they hope will be a series of presentations about common core.
State standards now mandate that each school conduct PARCC testing once each year, for students’ grades 3 through 11, which will evaluate their progress as well as areas where they might need extra help.
Parents of students in the local school districts were able to get questions answered about the tests and were also informed how to help their child succeed under the new guidelines.
The presentation was given by Grade Power Learning – who also offer their own common core presentations at their Naperville location.
