In the most anticipated movie event of the season – Han, Chewy and the whole gang is back with a few new faces in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
“This one takes place 30 years after Return of the Jedi. We will see an aging Luke, Lea, and Solo, which I think is great. Opening weekend should break all kinds of records and could it be the number one movie of all time, it sure has a shot,” said Marketing Manager at Classic Cinemas, Mark Mazrimas.
Balboa is also back but this time he’s in Creed’s corner.
“He’s the trainer to Apollo Creed’s son, played by a fantastic actor, Michael B. Jordan. Which I am calling Rocky for Millennial’s,” said Mazrimas.
If you’re in the mood for a few familiar faces but a new storyline check out David O Russel’s family drama, Joy; sure to be an Oscar contender.
“I love him, Silver Lining’s Playbook, American Hustle, great Director and he brings back three of his regular cast members, Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper and Robert DeNiro,” said Mazrimas.
Action and drama not your thing? These hilarious pairings will keep you laughing.
“Sisters. With Amy Poehler and Tina Fey, Amy is the good sister and Tina the bad one and their parents are selling their childhood home and they come back for one last trip and you know they will get into some trouble in this adult comedy,” said Mazrimas.
Fey and Poehler aren’t the only comedy duo teaming up once again for the big screen.
“Daddy’s Home, another comedy the repairing of Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg. Will Ferrell is the step dad and Wahlberg is the father and who wants to go up against him,” said Mazrimas.
For more family friendly laughs try Disney Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur.
“It’s Disney’s version of what would’ve happened if dinosaurs didn’t become extinct in prehistoric times,” Mazrimas said.
