Bridging the Generation Gap

Today’s labor force includes four generations with different expectations and work ethics, which can be challenging for many businesses.

At the latest Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce luncheon, Tom Carroll, Executive Vice President and Chief HR Officer of RR Donnelly, addressed that topic in a presentation he called “Turn the Generation Gap into a Profitable Asset.” His speech focused on ways to better manage your workforce with this generational gap in mind.

The next chamber luncheon in November will address a shift in how businesses view charitable involvement.
