Edward-Elmhurst Health & Fitness has a way to get more involved in the Super Bowl this weekend.
The Healthy Driven Big Game Exercise Challenge gets you up and doing exercises for different plays throughout the game.
The challenge includes doing 5 pushups for a touchdown, 10 mountain climbers when you see a celebrity on screen, and 10 lunges when a quarterback is sacked.
“It keeps you engaged throughout the game, even for those people who might not be interested in the game or they don’t care who wins. It still keeps everybody engaged, so it’s really fun,” said Carol Teteak, a fitness coordinator at Edward-Elmhurst Health & Fitness.
