A Wisconsin man was arraigned in DuPage County Court today after allegedly threatening North Central College via social media.
Aden Khan, 20, plead not guilty to one count of disorderly conduct.
Before court Khan’s attorney, Steven Richards, received more than 195 pages of discovery from the state about their investigation.
Khan was arrested in Madison back on March 29 after a North Central staff member found a Facebook page Khan allegedly operated containing the disturbing posts.
There are no leads as to why he targeted the Naperville school, as he has no apparent ties to the area.
Khan is out of jail on a conditional bond that requires him to stay in Illinois, so he is temporarily staying in Rockford.
He will be back in court on August 26.
