From bumblebees to super heroes, four legged pups were dressed to impress at the Forest Preserve District of Will County’s 6th Annual “Howloween Hoopla.”
“It’s one big fun day as you can see there’s costumes all around and things like that and ultimately it’s just getting those people together talking and a lot of the businesses are local the organizations are local the people that want the services, so all we’re doing is creating that connection in nature which is nice,” said Angie Opiola, Interpretive Specialist, Forest Preserve of Will County.
The free day event at Whalon Lake Dog Park included doggy games, a costume contest, and the opportunity to adopt a dog.
