Renee Miklosik has been honored by the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce as one of Naperville’s Four Under 40 in 2019.
Meet Renee Miklosik
Renee Miklosik is the Director of Development at the DuPage Children’s Museum. Miklosik grew up in Aurora and is a graduate of North Central College. While at NCC, she was a three sport athlete and was a freshman in 1986 when the softball team won their only championship. She spent the last seven years as the Vice President for Agency Advancement for Little Friends, Inc.
Miklosik says she loves teams, learning and giving back to her community. When discussing her career, Miklosik attributes her success to winning and losing with grace. She also emphasizes effort is the only factor of success that is 100 percent controllable.
Founded in 1913, the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce has been a catalyst for creating and maintaining a strong business climate. Although the focus one hundred years ago was quite a bit different for businesses then, the dedication to the business community has never changed. The NACC constantly seeks opportunities for businesses to succeed. Special events, unique networking opportunities, marketing, sponsorships, professional development and legislative advocacy, all of which gets our Members in front of their potential customers.
