“Have I seen you on TV?” Or maybe it was your child, your neighbor, or your school. If you live in the Naperville Community, chances are you, your family, or friends will end up on Channel 17, Naperville Community Television (NCTV17.) Naperville Community Television provides a local television presence – we’re the “good news” television station specifically for this community. We’ve got the cameras focused on you.
From the parades to school events to documentaries showcasing local history, NCTV17 provides a television voice to educate, inform, preserve, entertain, assist, and celebrate the Naperville Community With diverse programming showcasing the people and places of Naperville, Channel 17 reflects the vibrancy of our community. As NCTV17 is a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization, your assistance is vital in helping us provide that coverage.
Your membership would help ensure a strong local television presence and we would be deeply appreciative. It is people like you who make the community such a great place to live. Are you joining as a Community Producer?
Community Producers have the opportunity to learn how to create and produce their own community oriented programming (non-profit.) After completing production classes, community producers may produce and then submit programs for airing on Naperville Community Television.
NCTV17 programming is intended to educate, inform, preserve, entertain, assist, and celebrate the Naperville Community. Classes are held in both Studio Production and Field Production; each six-eight week series is offered throughout the year.
