Tom Carroll
President

Tom Carroll has twenty years of human resources experience focusing on leadership development, employee relations and benefits/compensation management. Previously to working for the Fortune 300 Chicago based company RR Donnelley as the Chief Human Resource Officer, Tom worked in a not-for-profit hospital and social service agency. Tom currently serves on the boards of the: Naperville Area Humane Society, Chicago Metro YMCA, Chicago Public Library Foundation and Chicago Lighthouse for the Blind. Tom graduated with his master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Illinois State University. He has lived in Naperville for the past 12 years with his wife and three children.

Kamala Martinez

Kamala Martinez is a corporate executive at a Fortune 500 company with over 25 years business development and management experience. She has held a number of board positions for not-for-profit organization and previously served as an elected Precinct Committeeman, Finance Chairperson, and a Recording Secretary for the Wheatland Township Republican Organization. She has been active in her church and PTA, an advocate for children’s causes, a proponent of empowering women and promoting diversity. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 1987 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Broadcasting. She is a residence of Naperville with her husband of 20 years and their 15 year old son.

Director

Tonya Alberico is a Human Resources Manager at HD Supply, White Cap Construction Supply. She has over ten years experience in talent management, leadership and organizational development. Tonya is a founding member of the HD Supply Women’s Network and volunteer at the Orlando Union Rescue Mission. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Illinois State University. Tonya resides in Naperville with her husband and three children.

Patrick Branham


Patrick Branham,

Patrick Branham is Chief Financial Officer of Rasmussen College. Patrick has over 20 years of experience including extensive experience leading the finance, accounting, human resource, and legal operations of high growth organizations. He is a CPA and earned a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Illinois State University and a MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Patrick resides in Naperville with his wife and three children.

Peter Danielsen,

Peter Danielsen is a researcher at Alcatel-Lucent's Bell Labs. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master's degree, also in Computer Science, from the University of Southern California. Originally from Wisconsin, he is an active volunteer with his hometown's Boys' and Girl's Brigade's summer camp. Locally, he is a former board member of the Fox Flying Club and a former coach in the Heritage YMCA's youth basketball program. He has lived in Naperville with his wife and two sons for over 18 years.

Ann Edmonds

Ann Edmonds is an attorney with the Naperville firm of Dommermuth, Cobine, West, Gensler, Philipchuck, Corrigan and Bernard, Ltd. Ann has a Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School and a BA from Washburn University. She has over 20 years of experience as an attorney in the field of construction law, land use and zoning, real estate, insurance coverage and commercial litigation. Ann has served as Naperville Planning Commissioner and Naperville Historic Sites Commissioner and is active with the American Planning Association and the Chicago and Illinois Bar Associations. Naperville has been home to Ann and her two daughters for the past 17 years.

Kerry Malm

Chad Pedigo is the Fine Arts Manager for North Central College and a Social Entrepreneur. With a strong passion for volunteerism, Chad is a former officer of the Naperville Jaycees and currently serves on its Board of Directors. He also serves as an advisory board member of the Naperville Chamber of Commerce YPN chapter and is often involved with other service organizations and causes within the community and abroad. With studies focused in Leadership, Education, and the Arts Chad is an advocate for the community and a proud resident of Naperville.
