Holly Bitner Duck, Holly Bitner Duck earned her undergraduate degree in Family and Community Service from Syracuse University. She has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from DePaul University and a Master of Social work from Loyola University. Ms. Bitner Duck has been working with Illinois Department of Children and family Services (DCFS) for 17 years. Currently, she designs, administers and manages programs for youth, ages 14-20, to facilitate their successful educational and vocational outcomes. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Naperville Jaycees and the Fry Family YMCA. She lives in Naperville with her husband and four-year-old daughter. |
Valerie West, Valerie West is the Engineering Program Manager for WOW! Internet-Cable-Phone. West is a three year NCTV17 Board Member. She earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix and an undergraduate Business Administration degree from Loretto Heights College. She and her husband Don moved to Naperville in 2004 from Denver, Colorado. |

Kerry Malm, Kerry,as a long-time employee at Robert Morris University, is the Assistant to the President. Robert Morris University is an independent, co-educational institution committed to offering high quality undergraduate and graduate degree programs that integrate the liberal arts with technical and professional programs. Kerry is a graduate of North Central College and Northern Illinois University, and has since served on numerous state and national boards. Kerry brings a vast knowledge of administration and not for profit operations to Naperville Community Television, Channel 17 as well as a great love for Naperville. |
Kamala L. Martinez, Kamala Martinez is an executive with over 25 years business experience and an elected Precinct Committeeman for Wheatland Township Republican Organization. She has been active in her church and PTA, an advocate for children’s causes, a proponent of empowering women and promoting diversity. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 1987 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Broadcasting. She is a resident of Naperville with her husband of 17 years and their 12 year old son. |
Paul Palian, Paul Palian is Director of Communications at the Illinois Student Assistance Commission, setting the overall internal and external communications strategy for ISAC and serving as the agency’s chief spokesperson. Additionally, he has run a marketing/PR and video production business specializing in commercial and sports entities since 1995. His past experience includes serving as Director of Advertising for the Kane County Cougars. He has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Northern Illinois University. Palian and his wife and daughter live in Naperville where he has resided for 28 years. |
