Patrick McCarthy,
President
Patrick McCarthy is currently the Vice President of Network Sales and General Manager of the Notre Dame Radio Network for ISP - Chicago.
The network is part of ISP - America's Home for College Sports and Patrick is responsible for selling major sports sponsorships and network media nationwide.
Prior to his current role Patrick was a Senior Network Account Executive for ABC and ESPN for the past 10 years.
He is a graduate from Northeastern Illinois University with a BS in Business Administration/Marketing.
He has worked in broadcast management positions for the past 15 years.
Patrick has been an active member of the NCTV17 Board of Directors for the past 5 years
and lives with his wife Dolly and their five young children in Naperville.

Matthew Barrett,
Vice President
Matthew Barnett serves as the Sr. Manager in charge of Strategic Programs within the Global Business Development and Marketing Division of Panduit Corporation. Since joining the company in 2006, Matthew has successfully incorporated his eleven year Channel Marketing experience to develop a best-in-class program worldwide. Matthew has an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University. He currently resides in Naperville, IL with his wife and two children.

Louis Sands

Louis Sands serves as the Sr. Manager in the KPMG’s Financial Services tax group. Currently serving as the Midwest regional office expert on generation shipping transfer tax (GSTT), Louis has significant experience with estate and gift tax issues and is based in the Chicago office. He has over 10 years of experience serving clients in the personal tax and financial planning area providing comprehensive financial and estate planning services to high-level executives, other wealthy family groups, nonprofit organizations and pass-through entities. Louis has a Juris Doctor from Loyala University, Chicago School of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.

Patricia Fee,

Pat Fee is currently responsible for the Fundraising /Outreach for IL State Representative 96th District Darlene Senger where she fundraises on the campaign side and meets with potential donors. She has also volunteered with many organizations including, United Way Speakers Bureau, Kiwanis Club Barrington, Quarter Back Club, and the Naperville Area Republican Organization.

Kamala L. Martinez,

Kamala Martinez is an executive with over 25 years business experience and an elected Precinct Committeeman for Wheatland Township Republican Organization. She has been active in her church and PTA, an advocate for children’s causes, a proponent of empowering women and promoting diversity. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 1987 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Broadcasting. She is a resident of Naperville with her husband of 17 years and their 12 year old son. |
Joe McElroy,
Director
Joe McElroy heads up McElroy Associates Inc., a boutique consulting firm providing professional services at the crossroads of public policy and marketing communications. A city planner and former newspaper editor, he has lived in Naperville since 1987.

Paul Palian,
Director
Paul Palian is Director of Communications at the Illinois Student Assistance Commission, setting the overall internal and external communications strategy for ISAC and serving as the agency’s chief spokesperson. Additionally, he has run a marketing/PR and video production business specializing in commercial and sports entities since 1995. His past experience includes serving as Director of Advertising for the Kane County Cougars. He has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Northern Illinois University. Palian and his wife and daughter live in Naperville where he has resided for 28 years.

Valerie West is the Engineering Program Manager for WOW! Internet-Cable-Phone. West is a three year NCTV17 Board Member. She earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix and an undergraduate Business Administration degree from Loretto Heights College. She and her husband Don moved to Naperville in 2004 from Denver, Colorado. |
